05Delivery and Logistics

We coordinate shipping through experienced logistics partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by transport, customs, and market conditions. Risk and responsibility for goods pass as set out in the agreed order terms.

06Quality and Claims

Customers should inspect goods on receipt and notify us promptly in writing of any shortage, damage, or non-conformity, with supporting documents or photographs, so that we can review the matter with the supplier.

07Proper Use of Products

Industrial chemicals and equipment must be stored, handled, and used according to the supplier’s safety data sheets and applicable regulations. The buyer is responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for its intended use.

08Intellectual Property

The Global Max GT name, logo, text, and design on this website belong to us or their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

09Limitation of Liability
